Yes. Federal RESPA Section 8(c) explicitly allows cooperative broker-to-broker referrals — including rebates passed to consumers — in 40 states. The 10 states where rebates aren't allowed: AL, AK, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, OK, OR, TN. We're transparent: we share our referral fee directly with you.
Will I get a worse agent?

When does the money arrive?
At closing. Your rebate appears as a credit on your Closing Disclosure / settlement statement. Buyer rebates require lender approval — most lenders allow it, but we'll confirm yours during the match.
