CloseMint is changing how consumers pay for real estate. We match buyers and sellers with vetted local agents nationwide and pass a portion of the agent's referral fee back to the consumer at closing — legal under RESPA Section 8(c)(2) when properly structured. Available in 40 states with a $200,000 minimum home price.
We are not a brokerage. We do not list homes, hold escrow, or originate loans. Every transaction is handled by a licensed local agent who is fully responsible for the representation of the consumer.
